  Arkwood Flooring’s core is HDF board ( high density fiberboard). It is made from waste wood, defiberated, mixed with resin and pressed into solid HDF board. It is strong and resistant to heavy impact, insects, and moisture. On top of the stylish decor film ensure melamine paper, the overlaying film ensures the flooring’s scratch proof and easiness to clean.

  Arkwood laminte flooring is made from Vanachai Group's own HDF board. We chip waste wod into fiber, mix with resin and use the world's most moderm continuous press to produce our top quality HDF board.

  Arkwood laminate flooring is strong enough to withhold downforce and rough usage, resisting to insects, and moisture preventing bends and fizzes, The overlaying film ensures scratch-free surface featuring bright and vivid color for its lifetime, as being easy to clean.

Standard Strength of Arkwood Laminate Flooring AC3 Class 23 IP 2500
  • Strength of scratchand wear at AC3 Class 23 IP 2500 meaning that Vanatur can stand 2,500 circles of standing free of scratch and wear.
  • Strength to withhold downforce at IC1(>=10N/>=800mm) which a metal ball at such height cannot create a mark on Vanatur.
  • Strength of withhold water and chemicals at Grade 4 and Grade 5.
  • Strength of withhold fire burn at Grade 4.
  • Strength to less than 18% expansion during a 24 hours soak period.
